HOW DO I OBTAIN A WAIVER?

Our waiver service is simple and easy.  Our fee is $300 (USD) and advance payment is required.
Contact our office today to schedule a waiver consultation which will include:

• A review of your criminal and/or immigration record
• A determination of whether you are inadmissible to the U.S.
• A detailed strategy for your case including documentary requirements, filing information and an estimated timeframe

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE $300 CONSULTATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO THE OVERALL COST OF THE WAIVER APPLICATION.

WHO WILL REVIEW MY CASE?

Your case will be reviewed by an experienced U.S. immigration lawyer.  We do not entrust this important determination to our office staff.  Rather, our managing partner, Rosanna Berardi, will review your file and quickly determine whether a waiver is needed.  Don’t put this important task into the hands of a “waiver specialist.”  There is no such thing other than a licensed, experienced U.S. immigration lawyer.

Upon determining a waiver is necessary, we will then provide you with a questionnaire to complete and begin working on your application immediately.

In addition to our legal fees for preparation of a nonimmigrant waiver, the applicant is required to pay an additional $545(USD) to the Department of Homeland Security for processing fees.
